A perfect February afternoon — Mantha & Eli decided to have a simple, lovely, romantic elopement deep in the Catskills and I was lucky to be able to tag along. Their only guest was Hoss — a corgi/red heeler mix that I liked more than he liked me. (truth – it was over a month ago and I just found even more of the dog treats in my coat pocket that I blatantly used to try to bribe him).

I loved the 35mm film photos we took this day — the setting, deep in the woods with all of the weather (we had rain, snow and sun over the course of an hour) fit the feel of film so wonderfully. Just magic all around.
